Alerti delivers earthquake and tsunami notifications based on your location, sourced directly from official seismic and tsunami monitoring agencies across the Asia-Pacific and beyond.

DATA SOURCES

Earthquake monitoring: • USGS (U.S. Geological Survey) — global coverage • KMA (Korea Meteorological Administration) — South Korea • JMA (Japan Meteorological Agency) — Japan • CWA (Central Weather Administration) — Taiwan • BMKG (Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika) — Indonesia

Tsunami monitoring: • PTWC (Pacific Tsunami Warning Center / NOAA) — Pacific Ocean • JMA — Japan coastal regions • KMA — Korean coastal regions

Alerti polls these official sources frequently and sends a push notification when a new event is published. Detection and delivery times depend on the originating agency.

LOCATION USE Alerti requests your location only while the app is open. It is used to compute distance from epicenters and decide which alerts are relevant. Your location is never shared with third parties.
