Southwest Domestics is a network connecting in-home care providers with Texas families looking for nannies, housekeepers, and caregivers. We're not a job board, and we're not a temp agency — we help families find someone trusted to work in their home, and we help great providers find families who fit.

• Tap "I'm Interested" on the engagements that fit your week and your rate

• See your current placement, schedule, and commute estimate at a glance

• Chat directly with the Southwest Domestics office for anything you need

• Confirm upcoming interviews with one tap

• Manage your profile, references, availability, and hourly rate

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign up with your phone number. We'll text you a code. No password, no email required at first.

2. Tell us about yourself — experience, languages, references, your preferred rate. Takes about 10 minutes. Your progress saves automatically.

3. Authorize a standard background check (FCRA-compliant, conducted by Checkr, Inc.). Usually clears in 2–5 business days.

4. Your profile goes live to Texas families looking for in-home care. You decide which engagements to apply for. We don't assign anyone to you.

5. Once you and a family agree on terms, you work directly with them. We handle coordination behind the scenes.

YOUR TERMS, YOUR CALL

You set your own rate. You decide which engagements fit your schedule. If a posting doesn't work for you, just keep scrolling — we never pressure you to accept anything.

PRIVACY AND TRUST

Your location data is used only to confirm you're in Texas and to create a record of services rendered when you accept an engagement — never for tracking, advertising, or selling to third parties. Your government-issued ID is uploaded only after you authorize a background check, and we store it encrypted. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

SUPPORTED IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH

The whole app — onboarding, application, chat, settings — is available in English and Spanish. Tap the EN/ES toggle at the top of the Welcome screen.
