Soft Day is a kind journal for hard days.

The two-step ritual:

• On a good day, write one small thing about yourself. A sentence is enough.
• On a hard day, tap "I need support." The app gives you back a moment you wrote — gently.

Soft Day is built for people who tried gratitude journals and quit because daily logging felt like another chore. There are no streaks here. No reminders that punish you for missing. No graphs of your mood. Just a quiet place that holds your kindness to yourself, and brings it back when you need it.

LOCAL ONLY

• Your words stay on your iPhone. We do not have a server.
• No account. No login. No social features.
• Voice input is transcribed entirely on your device via Apple's on-device Speech framework. Audio is never sent over the network and is never saved.

WHEN HARD DAYS COME

• Tap "I need support." A past good moment appears, with a gentle line beside it.
• If you don't have entries yet, the app shows a short kind reminder. As your history grows, the app gives back more of your own words.
