Yoga: Breath‑led flows, restorative sessions, and mobility work to calm the nervous system, increase flexibility, and integrate body and mind.
Mindful coaching: Instructors cue both movement and mindset, encouraging self‑acceptance and purposeful progress rather than perfection.
Programs & pathways: Structured programs for goals like “Build Strength,” “Reset & Restore,” and “Barre Tone & Strengthen” to keep your practice focused and effective.
Classes: Classes are primarily 60 minutes long, with one 45‑minute class currently available; more class lengths may be added in the future.
Modifications & progressions: Every class offers options so you can scale up or down, move with confidence, and avoid injury.
