We are Australians who understand the realities of strata living, and we’re committed to solving these everyday problems that too many residents are facing across the nation.

Our digital platform is designed to help neighbours connect, plan, organise and manage their building, including:

• Borrowing/lending items to support your neighbours whether it be a screwdriver, a lawnmower or a spare chair for a dinner party.

• Alerting neighbours when your delivery has arrived but you are away from home, when you have an urgent building issue or when there is an upcoming building event.

• Coordinating building activities, meetings and events from book clubs to strata meetings and all things in between.

• Managing building concerns and issues in a simple, transparent way - including the ability to track and archive building activity.

• Discovering trade services which have been tried, tested and recommended by other apartment blocks near you.
