Past Due is a late-payment chaser for solo freelancers — designers, copywriters, developers, consultants, translators — who issue 5–50 invoices a year and feel the chase as an emotional tax.

Chasing late payment is awkward. You know what not to write — desperate, accusatory, robotic — but knowing the right tone for this client at this point in the cycle is harder, so you delay. Past Due drafts the right reminder at the right cadence, then hands it to your own Mail app for you to send. We never touch your money. We never send anything for you.

WHY WE BUILT IT

The freelance tools we tried either auto-fired tone-blind reminders or treated the chase as a setting buried inside a billing suite. Both miss the craft: chasing well is part of running a small business, and the right words preserve the relationship you'll need again.

PRIVACY

Past Due collects no personal information. There is no analytics, no telemetry, and no network traffic from the app itself. Drafts open in Apple Mail; reminders are sent through your own email account, not ours. Your invoices, clients, and notes never leave your device.
