EasyPlan helps field workers see today’s jobs, start work with a single tap, and submit completed work back to the office—without paperwork. What you can do • Sign in securely with your worker account. • See today’s assignments on your dashboard: project name, location, dates, team, role, and area (m²) at a glance. • Start work when you arrive: the app uses your device location once (with your permission) so your start is recorded correctly. • Review before photos and documents from the job (including PDFs you can open in your browser). • Complete the job by selecting your roles, adding notes, and attaching photos from your camera or gallery. • Submit work when everything is ready. • Browse your history of past jobs. • Switch languages (English, Dutch, Russian, Uzbek) to match how you work. • Manage your profile and sign out when you’re done.
