Each month brings a new rotation: one bean from each corner of the Process Spectrum. Clean. Classic. Fluid. Experimental. The algorithm shifts your match as your palate shifts; quarterly calibration sessions let you recalibrate without losing your history.

Watch it change over time. — Subscribe to the monthly drop and have a tier-matched bag delivered. (Drop subscriptions launch separately; see the in-app schedule.) — Sign in with Apple. Face ID unlocks the app so you don't have to retype your password.

Cascara is for people who care about what's in the cup but don't have the time to track every roaster, every origin, every process method. The cellar does the tracking. You drink the coffee.

A members' physical cellar is opening in BGC, Taguig in 2027 — the app is how members manage their lockers, brew at home, and stay in sync with the rotation.
