Unlike a YouTube tutorial or asking a chatbot, Mr. Handy looks at your specific situation through the camera, gives you a tool and parts list for that exact case, and confirms each step is done correctly before letting you continue.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Aim your camera at what's broken. Mr. Handy identifies common home repairs (drywall holes, running toilets, dripping shower-heads, loose door knobs, and more).
2. Get a clear plan: tools you'll need, parts to buy, and the steps in order.
3. Work through each step in a live session. The AI sees what you're doing through your camera and listens to your questions through your microphone, answering as you go.
4. Before you move on, Mr. Handy checks each step from your camera so small mistakes don't turn into big ones. If something's off, you get a clear explanation of what to redo.

WHEN NOT TO USE MR. HANDY Some jobs aren't safe to DIY without training: gas lines, primary electrical panels, structural work, and anything you're not confident about. Mr. Handy will flag high-risk situations and recommend calling a licensed pro. The app is a assistant, not a replacement for an inspector or licensed professionals. At least for now.

PRIVACY

• Camera and microphone are only on during an active repair session.
• Microphone audio is processed in flight, never recorded or stored.
• Camera frames are stored only as part of your "proof photos" for completed jobs, and you can delete them any time.
• We don't sell your data, run ads, or share with data brokers.
• Sign in with Apple and Google supported.

FAQ Does Mr. Handy work without an internet connection? No. The AI runs in the cloud, so the app needs a connection during a repair session.

What if my repair isn't in the library? Pick the closest match from the list, or email us a request and we'll consider adding it. More curated jobs available soon.

How is this different from a YouTube tutorial or an AI chatbot? A video shows you one person's repair, and a chatbot can't see what you're looking at.
