Dulra Mobile is the field companion for ecological consultants and EcIA practitioners working across Ireland. Record walkover and relevé surveys, review habitat polygons, drop target notes and capture watermarked photos with GPS — all from your phone, fully offline. When you reconnect, everything syncs automatically.

• Walkover Survey with Fossitt Level 3 habitat coding. • Relevé Survey with full vegetation quadrat fields — slope, aspect, soil stability, vegetation height and species rows on the Domin cover-abundance scale. • Botanical, Bat, Bird, Mammal, Aquatic, Invertebrate and multi-disciplinary surveys, driven by the templates your project manager sets on the web. • Repeat visits — chain return trips to the same site so your data stays connected across the season.

HABITATS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS

Browse every habitat polygon on your project: Fossitt code, name, area in hectares, condition, EU Annex 1 code, Heritage Council evaluation, notes, listed species and threats. A 100 m buffer around the project keeps the list focused; expand to all polygons whenever you need.

TARGET NOTES

Drop a point anywhere on site for Flora, Fauna, Habitat, Check Feature or Access Point observations. Set priority so your project manager knows what to act on first.

PHOTOS THAT STAND UP IN REPORTS

The in-app camera burns the date, time, GPS coordinates and project name straight into every image. The watermark is part of the file — not an on-screen overlay — so your photos stay defensible wherever they end up: in a report, on a desktop, or with a regulator. Pick photos from your gallery too, with the same GPS tagging.

MAPS BUILT FOR THE FIELD

• Switch between Streets, Satellite, Hybrid and Topographic base maps. • Layer on habitat polygons, NLC 2018 parcels, EPA aquatic features, townland boundaries and Ireland's designated conservation sites (SAC, SPA, NHA, pNHA). • Tap any NLC parcel for its code, area and suggested Fossitt mapping.

WORKS OFFLINE. STAYS IN SYNC.

Every screen works offline. Surveys, notes and photos save to your phone the moment you tap save, and upload automatically as soon as you have signal again. A clear progress banner shows what's still waiting to sync.
