PlantOS™ Manufacturing Intelligence

This is the mobile companion for teams running PlantOS™ Manufacturing Intelligence. This first release brings device configuration, plant hierarchy management and Take Action on Reports together in a single app, so you can commission devices, keep your asset structure clean, and close the loop on machine-health findings without leaving the field.

PlantOS supports both the Infinite Uptime range of wired devices (vSense, eqSense) and the MOVUS range of wireless devices (FitMachine) within the same plant.

Unified device onboarding A single 10-step Combined Flow walks you through adding a device end-to-end: • Scan a device QR code or discover it over Bluetooth. • Map the device into your Plant → Area → Equipment → Asset → Measurement Location hierarchy. • Capture measurement-location images. • Configure WiFi, MQTT and HTTPS cloud routing for wired devices. • Run a connectivity check and confirm a successful commission. A dedicated flow guides Infinite Uptime device hierarchy onboarding, and built-in BLE tooling handles FitMachine WiFi setup — all without leaving the app.

Plant hierarchy management Browse and maintain your full asset structure — Plants, Areas, Equipment, Assets, Measurement Locations and Devices. Add and edit hierarchy items using bottom-sheet pickers designed for the field. Select multiple plants at once to see aggregated KPIs, merged service requests, and a combined view of recent, starred and pinned items across your sites.

Take Action on Reports Review diagnostic reports and service requests raised against your machines, then take action directly from your phone. Record corrective actions, capture impact, attach photos and documents, and submit — wired through to the PlantOS backend.

Live machine insight • Condition, current, RMS, state and temperature trend charts. • FFT spectrum charts with scrubbing for vibration analysis.

Built for the field • Bluetooth scanner to find nearby devices. • Saved WiFi profiles, scoped per plant, for fast re-provisioning.
