Version 1.4.0 adds the Vet Visit Briefing, Medication Schedule and Monthly Report, powered by Apple Intelligence. Now in English, Chinese, Korean and French.

PawCare is a pet health notebook for dogs and cats: vet visits, vaccine and medication reminders, weight, clinic and cost notes, and lab reports, all in one place. Everything you heard at the clinic stays easy to find later.

About Apple Intelligence and AI features AI Health Summary, Smart Organizer, and report scanning run on Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone and iPad (iOS 27 or later), on Apple's on-device model or Private Cloud Compute. Records are not stored on Apple's servers or sent to the developer. No third-party AI services are used. Every AI output shows the records it is based on, and items without supporting records are hidden. PawCare does not diagnose, decide treatment, set dosages, or judge urgency; it suggests consulting your veterinarian about anything concerning. On other devices, the features that search saved records work just as before.

About sync and sharing iCloud sync is free and syncs data across your devices using iCloud on your Apple ID. Family sharing in Premium uses iCloud sharing to share a health notebook with your family in real time. Neither is a real-time medical consultation or diagnosis-sharing service. The earlier backup codes and invite codes still work, for example when you switch devices.

Disclaimer PawCare organizes your pet's health records. It is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency decisions by a veterinarian. If your pet is unwell or changes suddenly, always consult your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital. OCR results can be wrong, so check them against the original before saving.

About subscriptions

• PawCare Premium is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription
• Prices are shown in the App Store when you confirm your purchase
• Payment is charged to the payment method linked to your Apple ID
• Renews automatically within 24 hours of the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
