RevHost HQ is the mobile companion to RevHostHQ, the operations platform for car-rental businesses. It is built for fleet operators who own vehicles and rent them out — on Turo, through their own direct-booking site, or both.

TODAY, FIRST

Open the app to what is actually happening: pickups and returns hour by hour, which cars are going out and coming back, open reminders, and the readiness of each trip. The answer to "what needs doing before 9am" is the first screen, not something you go looking for.

ASK TOM

TOM is the assistant built into the app. Ask about the fleet in plain language — "which trips start this week?", "how is the Yukon doing this month?" — and get answers from your own records instead of a search box.

TOM can also file an expense from a photo of a receipt and set maintenance reminders for you. Anything that changes your data pauses and asks for your approval first, every time. Nothing is written behind your back.

WHERE EVERY CAR IS

For fleets running our GPS hardware, the Live map shows current vehicle positions, and a completed trip carries the route it actually drove — useful when a return is late, a car is not where it should be, or mileage needs explaining.

TRIPS AND GUESTS

Upcoming and past reservations with full trip detail. Guest profiles, messages and operational alerts, so a question from a renter does not have to wait until you are back at a desk.

COSTS, AS THEY HAPPEN

Photograph a receipt and file the expense against the right vehicle before you have pulled out of the gas station. When it is time to reconcile, search and filter by car — plate, make, model or year — by category, or by date range.

This is not an app for booking a car. It is the tool the business runs on: your vehicles, your reservations, your guests, your costs. Signing in shows you your own company's data and nothing else.

REQUIREMENTS

RevHost HQ requires a RevHostHQ account. Accounts are created and set up at revhosthq.com. Some capabilities, including TOM and live vehicle tracking, are part of paid plans held by your business. There are no purchases inside this app.
