FRSuite is an operations platform for agencies that need secure access to scheduling, roster visibility, fleet workflows, vehicle checks, court date visibility, patrol tracking, notifications, overtime workflows, uploads, day-to-day team coordination, and personal productivity tools.

The FRSuite iOS app gives users mobile access to the tools available to their account, including:

• Personal Tools, including a local-only Draft Pad for private notes and PDF export
• Dashboard views for assigned agency workflows
• Agency roster search and member work contact access
• Scheduling and shift visibility
• Detail and overtime opportunities
• Time off requests and review workflows
• Pass On posts and operational notes
• Patrol Tracker with location-based patrol records
• Fleet Management for vehicle rosters, assignments, maintenance, status, issues, and history
• Vehicle Checks for assigned, spare, and other eligible vehicles
• Court Dates for court contact details, upcoming dates, history, and notifications

FRSuite supports both in-app account creation and agency-managed access. Users can create an account in the app and use Personal Tools such as the local-only Draft Pad without joining an agency.

Agency workflows are available only after an agency has been onboarded by FRSuite and the user has been associated with that agency. Agencies interested in using FRSuite must contact FRSuite directly at contact@frsuite.com to request onboarding.

Draft Pad drafts are stored locally on the device and are not synced to FRSuite servers or treated as agency records. Photo attachments are selected using the system photo picker only when the user chooses to add them.
