Meetings is a focused recording app for organisations running on AgenticOS. Capture any meeting on your iPhone — a scheduled Teams or Outlook call, or an impromptu hallway conversation — and let your organisation's AgenticOS instance take care of transcription, summaries, and action items.

CALENDAR-AWARE Sign in with your Microsoft 365 work account and your day's meetings appear on the home screen. Tap the next one to arm it for recording. When the meeting starts, hit record — the title, attendees, and organiser are attached automatically so transcripts come back properly labelled.

IMPROMPTU OR PLANNED No calendar entry? Start an impromptu recording in two taps and give it a title later. Either way, the recording continues in the background with a Live Activity on your lock screen so you can put your phone down and focus on the conversation.

YOUR TENANT, YOUR DATA Recordings upload directly to your organisation's AgenticOS instance — never to a TechXcel-operated cloud. Microsoft 365 sign-in keeps access scoped to your tenant. Recordings live on your device until they've successfully synced, then auto-delete on your configured retention window.

ACTION BUTTON READY On iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 16, assign "Toggle recording" to the Action Button for one-press start and stop, hands-free.

REQUIREMENTS Meetings requires a Microsoft 365 work or school account in an organisation that has been provisioned for AgenticOS. Personal Microsoft accounts and tenants without an AgenticOS instance are not supported. Ask your IT administrator if you're unsure.
