HOW IT WORKS

1. Open Plan B Desk, choose an eligible event and record the backup venue, contact and decision time.
2. Confirm the backup and review the forecast context, including stale or missing data.
3. Apply the decision to the event and retain the original details for guarded restoration.

Event scheduling remains available. Editing an event preserves its completion and outcome records; unreadable event data is preserved.

WHAT TO KNOW Applies to eligible nonrecurring, uncompleted events. You must confirm availability and tell attendees yourself. Forecasts are not guarantees. For lightning, use a substantial building or appropriate enclosed vehicle; tents and picnic shelters are not safe shelter.
