Every delivery has a status timeline you can open at any moment from "Awaiting driver" through "Picked up" to "Delivered". Recipient phone numbers are one tap away so you can call directly from the order screen.

SUPPORT WHEN YOU NEED IT

Open a support ticket from inside the app, set its priority and reply in a chat thread. Each ticket has a unique reference number so the team can pick it up quickly.

ACCOUNT AND PREFERENCES

Sign up with email or phone number, set up your profile, and add your preferred payment method. Manage notifications, saved addresses and delivery preferences from the Profile tab.

KeleleGo serves customers and drivers. Customers create and track deliveries. Drivers accept jobs, navigate to the pickup, capture proof of delivery and chat with the recipient. Sign up and select the role that matches how you plan to use KeleleGo.
