Scriptio is a Catholic Bible annotated by the Church. Annotations appear directly beneath the verses, allowing you to discover the Bible through the reflections of priests, religious sisters, seminarians and others involved in the Church, as well as Bible scholars.

A pen icon indicates annotated verses. Tap it to discover what has been written: meditation, prayer, teaching, etymology, context, testimony… Verified profiles always let you know who is speaking to you.

THE ENTIRE LITURGICAL YEAR

Follow the readings for each day: first reading, psalm and Gospel, together with the feast being celebrated and liturgical information.

The Gospel of the day is also highlighted directly in the biblical text, allowing you to read it in context, together with the surrounding verses.

A BIBLE THAT CROSSES LANGUAGES

Scriptio is available in French, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German and Polish.

Annotations can be translated into your language. A reflection written in Polish can therefore be read in French, an Italian meditation in German, and so on.
