CARPOOLING THAT'S ACTUALLY FAIR • Offer a ride you're already taking, or find one going your way • Trip costs are split automatically by distance — the driver never profits, they just share the cost • See exactly what you'll pay before you book, including the platform fee • Your price is capped: if more passengers join, you pay less, never more • Nothing is charged when you book — your card is charged an hour before departure • Payments and driver payouts are handled securely by Stripe

RIDE WITH CONFIDENCE • Every carpool profile has a reviewed photo, so you know who you're travelling with • Agree to clear ride rules before every booking • Message your driver in the app to arrange pickup • Rate each other after the trip

LIVE TRAFFIC, BY THE COMMUNITY • See live reports on an easy map — accidents, heavy traffic, slowdowns, construction and more • Report an incident in seconds with one tap • Confirm or dispute reports so everyone sees accurate information • Reports expire after 15 minutes to keep things current • Browse the Flow feed to catch up on what's happening across town

EARN YOUR PLACE • Earn points every time you contribute a report • Climb the community Leaderboard and rise through tiers • Founding Members get a special badge for being early supporters

YOUR PRIVACY • Location is used only while you're using the app, never in the background • Your email and payment details are never shown to other members • A driver's phone number is shared only with passengers who have booked, so you can coordinate pickup • Full card numbers never touch MiRiver's systems — Stripe handles them • We never sell your data
