Cellarz is a personal wine maturity planner for collectors who want to drink their bottles at their best moment - not too young, not past their peak.

Every bottle you log gets a precise drink window: when it enters its prime, when it's at peak, and when it starts declining. The on-device Maturity Engine reads the wine's archetype, vintage quality, your storage conditions, and your tasting history to produce a confidence-rated estimate.

PRIVACY BY DEFAULT

Cellarz is local-first. Your bottles, tasting notes, label photos, and taste profile live on your iPhone. There's no backend reading your cellar, no analytics tied to your name, no third-party sharing of cellar data. Crash diagnostics are opt-out in Settings and never include your email, name, or wine list.

Built-in GDPR controls: export your full cellar — including label photos — as a portable JSON archive at any time, and one tap permanently wipes every byte from your device.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Cancel at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Pricing and renewal terms are displayed in the in-app paywall before purchase.

WHO IT'S FOR

Cellarz is for adults aged 18 or older (or the legal drinking age in your country of residence). It's for private collectors who want a calm, considered tool — not a social network, not a price ticker, not an investment service. Read your cellar like a private bank statement.

CELLARZ AND RESPONSIBLE DRINKING

Cellarz supports moderate, mindful drinking. Nothing in the app encourages alcohol consumption. The Maturity Engine produces probabilistic estimates, not promises — always trust your own palate and your country's alcohol laws.
