Abentoo is your planning app for relaxed camper trips. Plan routes and stops, manage bookings, payments and documents, work with checklists, and capture special moments in your travel log – clearly organized in one place.

Plan trips Create trips with dates and stops, and keep an eye on your route on the map. Optionally, you can use your home address as the starting point. For each stop, you can save everything that matters on the road: weather at the destination, check-in time window, booking status, payment deadlines, and confirmation documents. This way, you can quickly find what you need at any time.

Checklists & tasks Create packing lists and tasks for each trip or link existing lists. Ideal for camping gear, shopping, preparations, and anything you do not want to forget before departure or while on the road.

Travel log on the go Record experiences, thoughts, and special places directly in your trip – for yourself or together with your crew.

Keep an eye on your vehicle Save vehicle details and important dates such as roadworthiness inspections, maintenance, or other reminders related to your camper, van, or motorhome. If you allow notifications, Abentoo can remind you in good time.

Plan together with your crew Invite travel companions to your crew using an invitation code and organize everything together. This allows you to use and edit trips, stops, checklists, travel log entries, and vehicle data together – ideal for couples, families, groups of friends, or shared camper trips with several people.

Use on multiple devices Your data is linked to your Abentoo account. This means you can continue using Abentoo after reinstalling the app, on additional devices, or after switching devices. Simply sign in with the same Apple ID to restore your trips, checklists, vehicles, and crew data.

Optional reminders Abentoo can remind you of important events, such as check-in time windows, departure on the previous day, open bookings before arrival, payment deadlines, or vehicle appointments. Each type of reminder can be managed individually. Without permission, the app continues to work – just without push reminders.

Apple account required An Apple account is required to use Abentoo. When you first launch the app, you connect your Abentoo account to your Apple ID via “Sign in with Apple”. This ensures that your travel data remains securely assigned to your account.

Have you used Abentoo before? Simply sign in with the same Apple ID to restore your data on the new device.

Note: Signing in via “Sign in with Apple” is only possible from the minimum age applicable in your country, generally 13–16 years. Child accounts below this age cannot sign in – this is an Apple requirement.

Buy once Abentoo is based on a fair one-time purchase: no ads, no subscription, and no mandatory ongoing costs. You buy the app once and can then use it permanently.

Privacy Abentoo only stores content that you enter or upload yourself – for example, trips, stops, checklists, travel log entries, vehicle data, optionally a profile picture, and your home address for routes. There are no ads and no user profiling for marketing purposes. Your data is not sold to third parties for advertising purposes.
