FOR EMPLOYEES • Sign in with your work account and see your professional skills at a glance • Rate and update skills, including unused skills you can add or remove • Complete role assessments and keep validation up to date • Open assigned performance reviews and track your progress • Browse organisation posts and updates in the company feed • Time-based home greeting and clear shortcuts to assessment, reviews, and posts • Export your data or delete your account from Settings → Privacy & data • Use the app in English or Swedish

FOR MANAGERS • Open the Team tab to see organisation teams and roles in one place • Review team and role insights: users, skills, expected levels, and coverage • Search, sort, and browse paginated team and role lists • Open a role directory to see members with skill ratings and focus areas • Download reports for teams and roles when you need them offline

YOHRS is invitation-based for workplace accounts. There is no public self-registration in the app.
