KlickBox is a task manager for people who work alongside an AI agent. You keep the list. Your agent helps clear it, briefs you out loud, and sends you pages and papers to read.

▸ Listen Your agent records spoken briefings and sends them to your phone. Press play and start walking: what is due, what changed status, whatever you asked it to look into. Each one arrives with a transcript for when you cannot listen, filed under categories you name yourself. Hold the microphone to reply out loud, or tap the pencil to write instead, and your agent collects it on its next run. Share a recording or its transcript with a tap. Finished briefings are archived to your own iCloud Drive. You will find them in the Listen tab.

▸ Reads Your agent can also send you something to read: a newsletter it wrote overnight, a paper it found, a report, an itinerary. Each page or PDF lands in the Reads tab, opens offline, and never loads anything from the web, so it renders the same on the subway as it did on Wi-Fi. Tap to make the text larger. Share a Read as a PDF or pass along the original file. Once you have opened one, your agent can see that you read it. Reads are kept in your own iCloud Drive.

▸ Bring your own AI agent Open Bring Your Own Agent in Settings and copy the Agent Document: your API Key, the API address, and the docs, ready to paste into OpenClaw/Hermes, Claude Code/Cowork, Codex, or anything else that can read docs and call an HTTP API. From there, it can capture, prioritize, defer, and complete Tasks, work through your Idea Bank, record briefings, and send Reads. We never see your prompts. The agent runs where you run it, on your own provider account.

▸ The Idea Bank A second home for things that aren't Tasks yet. A thought, a quote, a link, a screenshot, a PDF, a voice memo, filed under a Project such as a book chapter or a keynote. Every Idea is a thread you keep adding to. Your agent reads it, acts on it, and marks it as captured. Add something later and it reopens.

▸ Privacy Your tasks live on your device and on a private Supabase project we host on your behalf. We don't sell or share your data. Briefing audio and Read documents pass through a mailbox that deletes them on delivery, and the lasting copies sit in your own iCloud Drive. Opening a Read doesn't contact the server. Replies go to your agent, not to us, and KlickBox never transcribes them. Delete your account, and everything in it, from Settings.
