IKI is your AI wellness companion — turning every meal into understanding of your body. Snap a photo of your food and IKI recognizes Vietnamese and international dishes, estimates calories, ingredient weights, and scores each meal on the Yin–Yang balance scale of Eastern food wisdom. From there, IKI learns your personal constitution (cool or warm, deficient or excess) and walks with you daily: what to eat, how to rest, how to stay in balance — by season, by region, by your own data.

Unlike calorie counters, IKI doesn't just measure — it understands and remembers. Master Hạc Tiên, your personal AI companion, remembers your constitution, knows whether today's meals lean cooling or warming, and opens every conversation with exactly what you need.

HOW IKI WORKS:

• Meal scan — photo or describe in words: multi-dish recognition, product-label reading; returns calories, macros, realistic ingredient weights, and a Yin–Yang score with reasoning.

• 1-tap relog — remembered after eating? Tap a frequent meal and it's logged, backdated to morning, noon, or evening. Intentional meal skips count too — your streak stays safe, reminders stay quiet.

• Eastern constitution — a short quiz maps your body type (cool–warm, deficient–excess); every food suggestion and daily plan follows it.

• Today's Balance — one number each morning that tells you where your body stands; energy rings, a readiness score, and a 14-day life-signal wave.

• Bio Age — estimated from weight, meal balance, and sleep/activity; it shifts with your real lifestyle, and you can share it with friends.

• Weekly wellness report — this week vs last, your personal patterns ("on well-slept days your balance rises"), and one gentle suggestion for next week.

• Master Hạc Tiên — ask anything about food and wellbeing; he remembers your profile, constitution, and meals to answer in context, naturally.

• Device sync — Apple Health and smartwatches: steps, sleep, and heart rate flow into your wellness score.

PRIVACY

IKI sends your meal photo/description and questions to AI services (Anthropic - Claude, and Google Cloud Vision) ONLY AFTER you agree on a transparent screen that names each provider exactly and links to their privacy policy. Your data is NOT used to train AI. You can decline and still use the Free tier, and revoke consent anytime in Profile - Privacy.
