BioSignal turns health reports into a private biomarker timeline. Upload a PDF or photo of a lab report, review the extracted values, and track changes across cholesterol, glucose, HbA1c, thyroid, liver, kidney, blood count, hormones, nutrients, and any other numeric metric your reports contain.

Built for people whose lab results are scattered across portals, downloads, email, and camera roll. BioSignal helps you keep them in one place without turning every result into a spreadsheet.

Upload reports as PDF or images. On-device OCR reads the file, BioSignal extracts possible biomarkers, and you approve the report date, values, units, ranges, and flags before saving. You stay in control: edit or delete anything before it becomes part of your timeline.

Track trends over time. Open any biomarker to see saved readings, unit-normalized history where available, reference ranges from your reports, and changes between reports. Pin the metrics that matter most with BioSignal Pro.

Add lifestyle context with daily journals. Log exercise, food, drinks, unusual symptoms, and other notes so you can compare what changed around your lab dates. Pattern summaries are informational and designed to help you notice what may be worth discussing with a qualified professional.

Privacy matters because lab reports are personal. BioSignal stores report files, OCR text, sex at birth, date of birth, journals, and extracted biomarkers on your device. App Lock can protect the app with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. BioSignal Pro subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat. The free tier may show Google AdMob ads and may request App Tracking Transparency permission; if you decline tracking, ad requests are marked non-personalized.
