• Edit your profile and activity level any time — your daily energy estimate updates with you
• Back-fill missed meals or exercise from the last 30 days, so a busy week doesn't break your timeline
• Correct AI mistakes — change food types, adjust portions, add or remove items, and recalculate calories instantly
