PIN ONE METRIC A favorite-metric slot sits under the temperature on the main screen and every widget. Pin PM2.5, PM10, wind, humidity, dew point, UV, pressure, visibility, cloud cover, or precipitation probability.

LIGHTNING NEARBY When a thunderstorm is within 50 km, a card surfaces the closest strike, when it landed, and the count for the last 30 minutes. The corner bolt opens a full map of recent strikes with coordinates, address, and a one-tap handoff to Google Maps or Apple Maps. Coverage today is the Americas. Optional push alerts when a strike lands near a saved city.

WIDGETS Pin a city to your home or lock screen. Small, medium, large, and (on iPad) extra-large sizes, plus accessory widgets for the lock screen. Each widget shows your favorite metric and honors actual/feels-like.

CITY FLAGS Vancouver shows the Vancouver flag. Barcelona shows Barcelona's. New York shows NYC's. Sub-national flags where they exist, country flags as fallback.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No analytics. No ads. No third-party trackers. Coordinates are used only to fetch weather, place names, and lightning data, and are never sent with your name or an account.

DATA SOURCES Open-Meteo for temperature, conditions, forecasts, and air quality. Apple WeatherKit for severe weather alerts and minute-by-minute rain where available, and as a backup forecast. Lightning via NOAA's GOES Geostationary Lightning Mapper.
