Playnono

Pause. Think. Solve.

Playnono is a picross — a nonogram, if that's what you grew up calling it. Numbers along each row and column tell you which squares to fill. There's only ever one solution, and when you find it, a small picture appears.

The puzzles are all hand-drawn. Someone designed each one and solved it to make sure it holds together, so you get a real picture at the end instead of random noise. They range from quick 5×5 grids to large, intricate ones, with new puzzles added regularly.

LEADERBOARDS Solve a puzzle without peeking and your time goes on its board. Look at the solution and you're out for that run, so the times at the top are earned. See where you land the moment you finish.

CREATE YOUR OWN Draw a puzzle in the editor, confirm it has a single solution, and publish it for everyone else to play.

HELP WHEN YOU WANT IT Auto-mark clears a line once your squares match its clues. Misplace one and you get a beat to catch it before it's flagged. Nothing hands you the answer.

MADE TO BE CALM A warm cream background, one terracotta accent, and type that's easy to sit with. Pinch to zoom on bigger grids, and drag along a row or column to fill it in a single motion.

Sign in to sync across your devices, or just play. Either way, your progress is saved between sessions.
