AcheCue is a headache trigger tracker built for people who experience recurring migraines or tension headaches. Instead of fumbling with a generic notes app, you tap "Log a headache" on Home and record the episode — intensity, duration, and possible triggers — in under 10 seconds. The app does the rest.

Your episodes are correlated with built-in trigger tags (sleep debt, skipped meals, caffeine, weather, stress, screen time, and more). AcheCue also reads your Apple Health data — sleep duration, heart rate variability, step count, menstrual flow, and mindful minutes — to surface patterns you might never notice on your own.

When it is time for your appointment, open Trigger Report, choose a date range (7 / 30 / 90 days or custom), then tap "Export Report" for a PDF preview. Share the PDF or a 9:16 PNG summary card with your care team. The report reflects episodes in the selected window plus HealthKit context for correlation.

AcheCue respects your privacy absolutely. There is no account, no login, no subscription, no ads, and no internet connection required. Every byte of data stays on your device in a local database. HealthKit information is read-only and never leaves your phone. A medical disclaimer appears on every analytics surface reminding you this is a personal tracking tool, not a diagnosis.
