SnapTrac is a receipt scanner built for freelancers, contractors, and sole proprietors who track expenses for taxes, and who are tired of cloud-dependent apps that hold their data hostage.

No accounts. No login. No cloud sync. No AI guessing what's on your receipt and getting it wrong. Everything happens on your device.

HOW IT WORKS

SNAP - Open the camera, frame the receipt, tap the shutter. On-device OCR pulls merchant, total, tax, and date in seconds.

IMPORT - Got a digital receipt? screenshot, saved image, or photo from Files? Tap Import and SnapTrac runs the same on-device parsing on it. Same flow, same privacy.

EDIT - Review every field before it saves. Fix what OCR missed. Pick a category. Add notes. Your call, every time.

SAVE - Stored locally in an encrypted database on your device. Receipt photos live in an app-private folder excluded from iCloud and Google backup.

EXPORT - Generate a CSV in the format QuickBooks imports cleanly, or POST receipt data to your own Zapier, Make, or n8n webhook. You own the integration.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
