WHY "GILA"

The app is named after the Gila monster, the desert lizard whose venom led to the first GLP-1 medicine. It eats a handful of meals a year and waits out the lean months. That felt like the right name for an app about quiet, unglamorous progress: log today, log tomorrow, let the small entries add up.
