Bills, subscriptions & loans
A payment tracker that respects your money and your privacy.
If you have ever lost track of a forgotten subscription, missed a credit card due date, or wondered how much your monthly bills really add up to, PayLog is built for you. It is the calm alternative to wallet apps, budget spreadsheets and aggressive personal finance dashboards. Every recurring charge, loan installment and one-time payment lives in one place, with no account, no cloud upload, no spreadsheet copy-paste and no third-party server in the loop. The philosophy is simple: a bill tracker should help you see what is coming, not turn your spending into a data product. It is built for adults who want a subscription manager and bill reminder that fits invisibly into their week — students, freelancers, parents juggling household expenses, expats with cards in two currencies.
Every feature described below is unlocked only with an auto-renewable subscription purchased inside the app. New users receive a 3 day free trial; you may cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged.
Open the app and the Pay-To-Do list shows exactly what is due today, this week and overdue, sorted by card or account. Bills, subscriptions and installment tracker entries sit side by side, so the streaming service, the rent, the loan tracker for your car and the recurring payments for your gym are all in one calm view. Each item carries a due date, amount, account, category and remaining months on a loan, with smart reminders firing the right number of days before each charge. The calendar view spans the year, charts break down monthly bills by category, and Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets keep your next payment glanceable from the wrist or the bedside.
Multi-currency support with automatic conversion handles travel, foreign cards and expat life, while a quick-add flow logs a payment in seconds. The expense tracker side of PayLog totals outflow by account, by category, by month and by year, surfacing patterns like the subscription tracker bills you forgot or the seasonal spikes you keep missing. You can pause a subscription manager entry while you cancel it, mark an installment paid early, and roll one-time payments into trend charts without losing recurring averages. A budget app feel comes from per-category caps and gentle warnings as you approach the limit, never alarms or shaming.
The app ships in 39 languages with full accessibility, VoiceOver and Dynamic Type. Your payment log stays on this device — no account, no cloud upload, no analytics, no third-party server reading your finances. Everything works offline, including reminders, the calendar view, the widgets and the charts. It is designed for people who want a payments app that feels like a notebook on their nightstand, not another finance dashboard demanding their attention.
