CALCULATION METHOD: Materials are calculated based on standard fence construction practices:

• Posts: based on fence length and post spacing
• Rails: 2 or 3 per section
• Pickets (wood): based on standard 3.5 inch width with 0.25 inch gap
• Panels (chain link, vinyl, metal): one per section
• Concrete: 1-3 bags per post based on fence height
• Default prices based on average US market rates
