Ghiv:TexturGefühl helps users notice how physical textures around them — ceramic, wood grain, soft fabric, cool metal, paper surfaces — subtly shape their sensory experience throughout the day. The interface uses warm stone-gray paired with soft linen accents to create a grounded, tactile mood. Users select a texture, choose a sensation type (comfort, sharpness, warmth, or neutrality), adjust intensity with a slider, and add personal notes about their experience.
The app builds a Texture Map showing statistics on sensation types, environment distribution, and daily patterns. Users can track which textures they encounter most often in different settings and times of day. Ghiv:TexturGefühl provides an overview of total logged textures, weekly activity count, average intensity levels, tagging for environments (home, work, outdoor, travel), and a library of personal "texture anchors" for quick access to favorite textures.
