Wrench Workasone App

WRENCH WORKASONE APP is for Wrench Clients to start a conversation on an Issue or Change that they need in Wrench Software. They can add Voice, Video recordings to explain what they want to do in the system, And Wrench Agents can also use the same app to reply to those Conversations with Videos , Audios or Text with attachments to help the client with the conversation. Once the issue is resolved, the conversation will be marked as resolved by the Wrench Agent. The client can also rate Wrench Agents based on support received.
