• Sleep windows: Julie learns your baby's rhythm and tells you when they are most likely to settle, for naps and for nights.
• What to do when they will not: gentle, flexible options (Ferber, Fading, Chair) shaped to your child's age and temperament, as a plan you work through rather than a paragraph of theory.
• Context that carries over: the leap, the cold, the new childminder, the difference between how each parent settles them. Julie holds all of it and adjusts.
