How it works

The timeline shows you real people, ordered by who was active most recently. No algorithm deciding who you see. No invisible scoring. Just people who are here, right now, looking for the same thing you are.

When someone catches your attention, send them a message. You don't need a match first - the conversation can start immediately.

Interest Requests - a deliberate signal

When you're ready to take things further, send an Interest Request. Sending one is a meaningful act: your photos become visible to that person the moment you do. It's not a casual swipe - it's you choosing to open up to someone specific.

If they accept, their photos become visible to you in return. If they decline, your photos go private again. You're always in control of who sees you.

Write a profile that actually says something

Instead of a blank text box, Ajwa asks three questions: Who are you? Who are you looking for? Anything else? Your answers give people something real to respond to - not a name and a photo, but a person.

Not sure what to write? The built-in AI assistant helps you put your personality into words in minutes. It reads your existing profile and suggests copy you can review, edit, and apply before anything is saved.

Find people who fit

Set your preferences for age, religion, and who you're interested in. The timeline and search results respect your preferences - and theirs. You only appear to people who are looking for someone like you.

Add keywords - short tags like "hiking", "reading", or "morning person" - so others can find you in search and get a quick sense of who you are before reaching out.

Check In - meet people where you already are

Scan an Ajwa code at a partner café or event and you're checked in. You'll see everyone else who checked in there, filtered by the same preferences as your timeline - and they'll see you. No location tracking: you're only ever checked in somewhere because you chose to scan a code.

Notifications that don't overwhelm

Get notified when someone messages you or sends an Interest Request. Control exactly which push and email notifications you receive in Settings. Need a break without losing your conversations? Hide your profile temporarily - everything stays intact when you come back.
