ABOUT THE MELLES CLASSICAL MUSIC FOUNDATION MCMF was founded in 2010 by concertmaster Martin Haunhorst and composer Gerrit Melles, with the goal of performing Melles's symphonic music and giving young soloists (under 21) the opportunity to perform with a professional orchestra. The foundation organizes two to three concerts per year at De Doelen, Rotterdam, with international orchestras and soloists.
