Hauler Fella is a mobile application designed specifically for truck drivers, helping them connect with one another and make better use of their free time while on the road.

Truck drivers often spend long periods away from home and frequently have downtime while parked at truck stops in various locations, including major cities, small towns, remote areas, and scenic destinations. Although they often have opportunities to explore nearby places or engage in activities during these breaks, that time often goes unused due to the lack of companionship or social connection.

Main Features

1.⁠ ⁠Driver-to-Driver Connection Hauler Fella enables truck drivers to connect with other drivers nearby at truck stops or in areas where they are waiting. Users can explore nearby profiles, view shared interests, and connect with like-minded drivers to build friendships and explore local attractions or activities together.

2.⁠ ⁠Activity Planning and Group Participation Users can plan and publish activities at any location on the map for other drivers to discover and join. Activities can also be scheduled in advance, allowing drivers to find companions with similar interests before arriving at their next stop. Users can browse published activities in areas where they plan to stop, join or leave activities freely, and connect with others through group discussions related to those activity plans.

Additional Features In-App Communication: Users can communicate through built-in messaging, voice calling, and video calling features. Group chats can also be created based on published activities to help participants coordinate and interact easily.

Profile Visibility Controls: Users can switch between three profile visibility modes:

Hidden Visible within a selected radius (3 km to 50 km) Visible to all

In the “Visible within a selected radius” mode, users can choose a discovery range between 3 km and 50 km, allowing other drivers within that radius to find their profile.

Privacy and Safety: For safety reasons, users’ exact locations remain hidden in all visibility modes. Only approximate distance is shown to other users when applicable. Even if two users are at the same truck stop or location, the minimum displayed distance remains 3 km to maintain privacy. Friend Requests and Long-Term Connections: Once a nearby profile is discovered, users can send friend requests. After becoming friends, they can stay connected anytime through messaging, voice calls, or video calls, regardless of their current location.
