Eating happens every day. Logging it can feel simple too.

MorselMemo turns a photo, text, or manual entry into a clear food record. A meal photo can become food names, portions, calories, protein, carbs, fat, and more. You can also add records by hand when you do not want to start from a photo.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are placed on today’s timeline. Calorie progress and nutrition breakdowns are summarized automatically, so you can see how the day is going as soon as you open the app. Later, you can go back by date and find what you ate.

Foods you use often are saved in the Food Library, so next time you can log them again quickly. For packaged foods, you can scan the nutrition label and organize calories and nutrients into a record.

On Apple Watch, you can quickly check today’s progress. If you enable Apple Health, estimated calories and nutrients can be written to the Health app. iCloud and Apple Health are optional and can be turned on only when you need them.
