The Optispan app gives enrolled patients secure access to your health data and your care team.

Your lab and biomarker trends, body composition, clinic notes, care plan, medications, and documents live in one place, alongside your Apple Health activity and your biological age. From anywhere, you can see how your data is trending, prepare for your next visit, and stay in contact with your care team.

What you can do:

• Follow your labs and biomarker trends. Review your lab and biomarker detail over time, including markers such as fasting insulin, ApoB, and VO2max, the same data your care team works from.
• Review your body composition. See your DEXA body composition results and how they change over time.
• Read your clinic notes. After each visit, see your clinician's documentation and the action plan written for you.
• Review medications and supplements. See your current list, dosages, and changes over time.
• Join telehealth visits. Meet your provider by secure video directly from an appointment.
• Manage appointments. Accept or decline visits and add them to your calendar.
• Message your care team. A private, secure thread with your provider and coach.
• Keep your documents together. Upload records, search your library, and respond when your care team requests a document.
• Complete your tasks and forms. Follow program tasks assigned by your care team and fill out intake forms.
• Connect Apple Health. Grant read-only access to your steps, heart rate, sleep, and workouts to see your activity next to your clinical data. The app reads from Apple Health and never writes to it.
• Manage your membership. View your Optispan program and billing, and handle renewals securely.
• See your biological age. Your biological age is shown next to your chronological age.
• Ask Opti. An AI assistant for questions about your own health data and general longevity topics. Ask Opti does not answer clinical questions or give medical advice; for anything clinical, it will point you to message your care team.

Built for privacy:

Your data goes only to your clinic. The app uses no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking. You can change your password or permanently delete your account from inside the app at any time.
