• Body Insights: A circadian-rhythm radar and educational cards citing reputable health organizations. See your own rhythm (informational only — not a diagnosis).
• Achievements: 12 milestone, 21 special, 10 hidden — each unlocks EXP.
• Levels & Ranks: 12-tier rank progression from beginner to master.
• Global Leaderboard: Terminal-style STATUS panel, HUD targeting buttons, five-layer champion aura animation. Fully opt-in, off by default.
• Community: Team Battle settles a winner daily with 7-day records and one-tap battle reports — defect whenever you like; the Tribunal serves one case a day to build your hit rate and streak.

■ Privacy & Data

• All log data (entry details, timestamps, frequency, duration) stays on your device and in your personal iCloud backup — never shared with other users.
• Global Leaderboard and community arenas are opt-in and off by default. When enabled, only your challenger name, level, title, cumulative EXP, and your faction / votes are synced for ranking and battles; turning them off deletes your cloud record immediately.
• iCloud backup can be toggled anytime and syncs only to your personal iCloud account.
• Optional Face ID / Touch ID or 4-digit passcode lock.
• CSV export — your data goes with you.
