This app is intended for users (members) struggling with mental health or substance use crises. Members can log on and get in-the-moment interventions to help managing struggles with triggers, cravings, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and other mental health related concerns. The AI algorithm for single use members will assist with interventions and coping skills to resolve the crisis. Members are able to select thumbs up or thumbs down, or skip interventions altogether. Members will also have access to 911 and other resources to assist with maintaining safety. The app also offers a clinician portal where if therapists are connected in the app to their clients (completed with a simple invite prompted through the app), they can see if members log in to report a crisis, interventions being used, location, and resolution of crisis. Therapists can add notes relating to the crisis in the clinician portal and can activate emergency services if need be. The idea is to have members create a profile and get connected with their therapist.
