Pipfall is a minimalist logic puzzle built around the mathematics of the sandpile model — a surprisingly deep system where small additions create spectacular chain reactions.

How It Works: Each level presents a grid seeded with pips. Your job is to place shapes from your hand onto the board, adding pips to existing cells. When any cell reaches four pips, it topples - firing one pip in each cardinal direction. Those neighbors may topple too, triggering cascades that ripple across the board in waves. Pips that spill off the edge of the board, or into void spaces, count toward your goal. The more you spill, the better your score. The challenge is knowing where to place your shapes to set off the biggest chain reactions with the fewest moves.
