Every cost — fuel, insurance, tax, parking, parts — totalled per period, per kilometre and per month, split business/private by your real mileage. Log fill-ups and charging: consumption in l/100 km or kWh/100 km, with a quiet note if it drifts above the vehicle's baseline. A parts & fluids list per vehicle — oil grade, part numbers, last price — pre-fills the parts when you log a service. Set it all against your mileage reimbursement.
