Start a Session in seconds. The guided wizard walks you through joint type, electrode grade and diameter, base metal grade and thickness, welding current, and planned seam length. Recommended current is auto-filled from built-in reference tables so you can focus on welding, not calculations.

Track what matters in real time. The live arc timer separates true arc-on time from total session time so you always know your arc efficiency -- the percentage of time your electrode was actually burning. A dedicated electrode counter with haptic feedback lets you log every rod without breaking your rhythm. Consumption rate is calculated on the fly and compared against normal ranges for your electrode diameter and joint type.

Never lose track of a seam. Every completed seam is saved to your project journal with full parameters: position, joint type, electrode data, metal data, welding current, planned and actual length, arc time, total time, electrodes used, arc efficiency, and consumption rate.

Grow through your own data. The Analytics screen shows daily charts for seam count, total arc time, weld length, and average arc efficiency over the last 30 days. Summary cards track your all-time totals and your personal best arc efficiency so you can see yourself improve shift by shift.

Organise by project. Group seams under named projects and keep your work site data clean and easy to navigate.
