NEWTAIM about the performance of UV-curable resins is determined through the dashboard homepage, market price board, and quality inspection module. Curing hardness and adhesion are tested, spectral transmission data is recorded in the laboratory, and photoinitiator ratios are calculated using formulation management tools. Inventory tracking monitors resin stock in each warehouse, and all operations are performed within a circuit board-themed interface. A resin management workspace is etched onto the surface of the printed circuit board, where UV-curable formulation data is transmitted along copper foil paths between component-shaped dashboard panels, photoinitiator ratios are transmitted through vias connecting the detection layers, and inventory tracking signals are pulsed along the green surface of the solder mask, much like electronic data flowing through a precision-manufactured multilayer board.
