FormSmarts Check-In

The FormSmarts Check-In App allows FormSmarts customers and their authorized staff to check in guests who have registered for an event using a FormSmarts online form. Check-in is performed by scanning a QR code or reference number. The App may also be used to look up a registration by email address or phone number and to view registration details. Main features: scan the QR code from the registration confirmation email to check-in attendees, scan the reference number as backup if network issues prevent the QR code from loading, review guests already checked-in (Check-In History), search an attendee by phone number or email address, access individual registrations and check-in or cancel a guest's check-in.
