Most word lists are sorted by frequency or grade. Wordyo sorts them by scene — the situations where you actually open your mouth in English. Pick a category, flip through cards, and the next time the moment comes up, the words come with it.

180 words total. Each card shows the word, part of speech (n / v / adj / adv / phrase / idiom), a one-line example sentence, a Korean meaning, a Korean-script pronunciation, and a one-line word of encouragement.

Features

180 words across 6 situational categories — curated for actual moments, not vocabulary tests. Card flow — swipe or tap through one word at a time. No quizzes, no streaks-by-default, no anxiety. Korean-script pronunciation — written so a Korean reader can say it out loud right away (no IPA needed). Part-of-speech tag — n / v / adj / adv / phrase / idiom on every card so the usage doesn't blur. One word of encouragement per card — a soft tone for the in-between moments. No account, no ads, no tracking — and no network calls during normal use. Words ship with the app.

Data handling

Wordyo does not require an account, does not show ads, and does not call any external server during normal use. All word data is bundled inside the app. Nothing about you is collected or transmitted.
