HOW IT WORKS Point your iPhone camera at a logbook page and capture it. With Local AI, powered by Apple's Vision framework, the app reads the hours and minutes from each row entirely on your device and instantly totals your flight time — no internet required, and your logbook data never leaves your iPhone.

CLOUD AI — FOR THE HARDEST PAGES (optional) When handwriting is especially tricky, switch to Cloud AI from the Cloud AI / Local AI selector. The page is read by a powerful cloud model for maximum accuracy, then recreated in the table. Cloud AI comes with free scans to start, and Local AI stays fully on-device and offline whenever you prefer. When you use Cloud AI, the photo is sent securely to a powerful server only to read it, and is not stored.

SCAN IT — OR SAY IT Swipe sideways for the manual table. Dictate your times — "1 hour 35" — and watch them drop into the grid row by row. In a hurry? Type whole times in one field: the last two digits are the minutes — "135" becomes 1h 35m. Manual keypad entry is free, and totals update in real time.

BACK UP YOUR LOGBOOK Rotate your iPhone to landscape to open Backup. Photograph any page and keep a full-quality copy in your own private iCloud — accessible only to you. If your paper logbook is lost or damaged, your flight hours stay safe. Browse, zoom and manage saved pages, and export them as a PDF ready to send to airlines.

YOUR PRIVACY With Local AI (the default), scanning, learning and calculations happen entirely on your iPhone — your data is never sent to our servers. Cloud AI is optional: only when you turn it on, the captured page is sent to the server to read it and is not stored; you confirm the first time. Backups are stored only in your own private iCloud, under your Apple ID.
